Why Not?    Chase Fear with Fierce

I am enjoying the combination of what I’ve started which are new to me. I’m speaking of eating the Keto lifestyle, which I call {ketoliscious} training boot camp at True Grit Fit. Neither are boring and challenging. Might I say need a lot of discipline and consistency. Change could scary because of the unknown and new things could make you anxious because you don’t want to fail. If you don’t change and do something new in your life, you will continue where you are for the rest of your life. I find it’s important to set goals and continue challenge yourself. Why not?
