My Main Two Meals Of The Day!! Yum Yum….

My main 2 meals of the day:

Breakfast

Egg whites, cubes ham, 1/2 avocado with 100 calorie flat bread.. Not a breakfast person.. with Acid Reflux issues lately, my last meal is at the latest 7:30 am by 10 am my tummy say “Feed me”

Late Lunch/Dinner

Keeping it light, healthy, uncomplicated, flavorful, colorful…very yummy…love sweet potatoes with cinnamon and they are good for you. Kale salad with Thai peanut dressing.. the other 1/2 Avocado from breakfast …yum yum avocado everyday. Healthy fats..
