Who’s in your home, a close friend, your next door neighbor suffering with this ugly illness. But suffering inside, batting many battles to stay alive? Could it be your daughter? Your son? Your mother? Your spouse? Your closest friend. 

Do they look happy all the time masking their pain? When they look down, when you ask what’s wrong. Are their responses, usually “I’m ok”! But they really not ok…. Its unfortunate some of us have to live with this illness rather other illness that are acknowledged. 

Mental Disorder is frowned on as a result. Awareness! It’s a huge issue…you never know what someone is struggling with. You never know who is losing this battle so close to you but not aware. There are signs!! Normally, your love ones whether they are family or friend are crying out for help.

Verne Troyer, “who played Mini-Me in two of the Austin Powers comedy films, has died at the age of 49, according to statements posted to his social media accounts Saturday. Troyer, was 49. No cause of death was immediately released.

He was hospitalized earlier this month after emergency responders in Los Angeles went to his home, according to media reports.

A statement provided by Troyer’s spokesperson that was also posted to his Instagram and Facebook accounts says the 49-year-old actor died Saturday.

No cause of death was given, but the statement describes Troyer as a “fighter” who was unable to overcome a recent bout of adversity then goes on to discuss depression and suicide. “Over the years he’s struggled and won, struggled and won, struggled and fought some more, but unfortunately this time was too much,”

The statement said. “Depression and suicide are very serious issues. You never know what kind of battle someone is going through inside. Be kind to one another. And always know, it’s never too late to reach out to someone for help.”
