This is how I started my week, off to a good start Monday morning.

30 mins on the treadmill, on 7 incline 2.5-3.0 speed, about 1.30 mile after HITT training goes a long way.

HITT Taining done this morning, only the plan recorded. That’s an hour training.

Happy Monday 😃 … I am watching you and I’m just forcing myself out of the bed .. It’s difficult recovering from a surgery that limits what I can do . Time is supposed to be my friend .. it’s been almost 5 weeks post op and everything I’m still feeling is normal . It just doesn’t help if you’re already feeling a little down ..
You’re doing amazing with your commitments ! So encouraging to watch and read what you are writing . Let’s me know struggles are real
    – they may be different in nature , but still real . I do notice opening up curtains or shades to let light in does help ! I walk laps around my home .. walking is the one thing I’m allowed to do after lower back surgery . I love winter and snow however this winter I want over and spring to arrive . This cold is annoying my already aching body . With that said , you my friend keep up the great job you’re doing ! And keep sharing when you can . It does help others know that it’s possible. Much love and respect are heading to you from me !

I have so much love for you and my fellow travelers. You especially, my heart always melt with your words. The comments I receive really are my motivation to keep giving. Giving is better than receiving. Agape!!!!
