I tried to mapquest to get an idea.. I wasn’t tracking while running. I ran 2 1/2 miles that’s with taking extra routes to get back to the club. With a lot pain and circulation in my legs down to the ball of my feet. My muscles are having a hard time remembering with all the joints issues. But I’m on it…. I’m going to keep going like I’m running the race of life. The good news is”” I wasn’t out breath” the running club run twice a week. I think I might do my block on other days speed things a little. I couldn’t catch up the them. A lot of them are marathon runners, vets, just AVID runners. But I’ll get there! I’ll get there!!!
