Take care of your body, it’s the only one you have.

I’ve been on a journey, part of that journey is to get healthy and hey why not get my sexy back ……eh..eh…ehh.  With a lot of persistent, constancy, determination, some falls and get back up and other road blocks. Eating healthy, and exploring different healthy ways of eating to find what works for me.  “Because everybody’s not the same”. Less than a month ago, between keto eating lifestyle and Bootcamp, intermittent fasting and fasting workout Bootcamp. I am happy to say, in less than a month I’ve kicked 21 pound of pure fat, not water weight! to the curve, wayyyyy over to the curve, where it can’t crawl back. I’m enjoying this journey because I’ve always love fitness & heath. From 182 to a healthier 161 as of 11/26. The journey continues because there’s no destination if you’re enjoying it.
